we're having great weather here in holland. And that doesnt happen very often so I took advantage of it :) I went sailing sunday together with my parents, Marte, Jan, Aleid, Daan and Omi. Jan bought a huge sailship, a Vollendammer Kwak for his company and he took us with him to sail on the ijsselmeer. It was hot (33 degrees celcius) so we spend a lot of time in the water :)

Monday was another hot (again 33 degrees) day so my mother took me, Marte and Babs (a dog!) to the beach. Had a great day there. Made a lot of dives into the sea to cool down. Got a bit sunburn too :) (i thought italy got me enough but.. )

Marte celebrated her birthday yesterday, so i ate a lot of pie and we had a barbeque in the evening. The rain almost spoiled it but we ran inside and ate everything there so :)

Well thanks to Rolf who donated some bucks for the robotic cam!!! If you want to look at me in streaming video and through a movable cam (that you can control!!) donate some money here

Rulecam exists for over 4 years now. It started with one cam only. After a while I added this journal, to tell you all whats happening in my life. I now keep this journal for over 3 years.

Then I added a photogallery, that now contains over 1000 photos of me, my family, friends etc, and is the most visited part of this website.

I added cam 2 to the site 6 months ago and now I think its time for a new thing. I always liked robotic cams that you, as a visitor, can move around. It's cool to see that when you click a button that cam actually moves, somewhere on the other side of the world! Another cool thing is that you're not limited to the direction that the webcamowner has set, you're able to move it around yourself so you can see what you want to see.

I kindof always wanted some sort of robotic cam for this site but the robotic mounts were all too expensive (started from 300 $$, without cam). But now I found a great, cheap robotic mount, with cam for $200! It's the trackerpod, it can pan and tilt and sends streaming video (with audio if you like). Its really cool and i want one for this site :)

A while ago i told you that i had Paypal and if you wanted to support me you could donate a few bucks. A lot of people did and got me $136,95, but thats not enough for the trackerpod :) As i told you, its $200 (without shipping and handling (thats another 40 or so). So if you really like this idea and want to look around in my room without limitations and see me in streaming video, donate some dollars! I'm going to buy the trackerpod when my paypal account balance is around $200 :)

returned home from italy yesterday! had a great time there. we visited ravenna, bologna, firenze and venezia, and spend lots of time lying in the sun at the beach or next to the lake.

yeaha! had my last exam today so i finally have vacation! eah!

well the exam totally sucked, and i screwed it up, i didnt understand a thing of it (as expected). I even didnt hand it in. (like 20 people before me also didnt).. so that brings the total of classes that i failed this year on 3, i passed 6.. not a bad score :)

i have to remake all those exams of the classes that i failed next year, together with all the exams of that year, so thats going to be really busy :)

I have one of my motivation dips again :( I have an exam tomorrow, last one of this year, but the teacher of the subject sucked at teaching, and the book he wrote is just not readable.

The subject the exam's about is statistics, like 'how many chance is there that i draw a red ball from a can with 10 white and 10 red balls' but then 10 times more difficult :(

so support me till tomorrow, after that exam its finally summer-break! i'm going to italy with 5 friends and also to croatia (again) with my parents! so lots of time to get some energy for next year :)
